Goal before a Cruise

So I’m going on a cruise in March with my family and a friend, and im only 10lbs away from my goal. I know i have more than enough time but its getting rid of it and keeping it off before then thats the problem. I seem to lose it then gain it all back within a week of bad eating lol. O well this time I am for sure going to do it because i want to feel comfortable in a bathing suit and i wont let my weight ruin an amazing trip to the bahamas. :)

Continuing and Maintaining

I think this is the first blog I’ve ever written in my life lol. So about 2 years ago i was around 200lbs and not very happy or comfortable with myself. My mom a couple friends and I decided to try weight watchers, I lost about 40lbs and my mom lost quite a bit too. I was able to maintain a weight around 160-170 for over a year but I always knew that I could go further with the weight loss and it would be a struggle. So a friend and I decided to get it going again and make goals for ourselves without using weight watchers. At first I did great and got down to 139, but gained it back and went back to 155. I’m now trying to finally push myself to that final goal of 135-130 and keeping it there. If anybody has any advice on maintaining and keeping the weight off I could really use it, because I can’t go through the struggle of going up and down with my weight. I’m really excited about this site and having people who can help me and people I can help.

Good Luck Everybody, keep your goals in mind and push yourself. The hardest part is to stop making excuses for yourself and to just do it.
